Biff for WFP

"WFP pursues a vision of the world in which every man, woman and child has access at all times to the food needed for an active and healthy life." - wfp.org

The World Food Programme (WFP) is a United Nations agency that works to help hunger stricken communities across the world. My dad has worked in various missions for the UN and has seen first hand the great work that WFP does. During the month of December, 100% of proceeds from the sale of my pattern ($5 USD), Biff the Angry Bear, will be donated to the World Food Programme. Biff maybe a cranky old bear but I think even this will but a smile on his crocheted mug. The pattern is available on Etsy, Craftsy and Ravelry.

To learn more about the WFP or to make a donation direct to them visit wfp.org/get-involved. And if you're unable to make a donation at the moment, why not have ago at the online game FreeRice. For every question you answer correctly 10 grains of rice are donated to the WFP.

Thanks for reading this, guys!

    1. Thanks, Wendy! I wanted to do something special for the Christmas season. WFP is such a great charity and if Biff can help raise some money for them I think that would be awesome :D
